A serviced office, business suite or executive suite as they are commonly known, are business premises designed to offer an all inclusive office setup. For one set fee each month you get your offices space without any other overhead expenses like rates, body corporate fees, cleaning, electricity, and air conditioning servicing. All these extra expenses can make a real difference to the cost of you rented office space.

 

 Why use a serviced office?

 

They generally offer much more flexible rental terms and can offer short term leases. It is easy to budget for for office rental as you know is the same fixed amount each month.

 

 

 How long or short a term can I rent the office space for?

 

Office space can be rented for just 1 month, and then on a month by month basis. 1 months notice is then required if you decide to move out, so the terms are very flexible. If you decide you want to rent the office for years like some of our tenants, that's fine too.
